Komat's Mission
In 2010, France and Belgium banned the Formamide in play mat (the Formamide content should not exceed 2 ppm) since the Formamide damages central nervous system and urinary system of human being.

Komat proceeded to develop the Toxic-free formula for the EVA foam material and successfully developed the toxic-free EVA foam formula before enacting of the product safety regulation in the European Union and Taiwan.

We keep developing the innovative materials and more product applications; besides of toxic-free EVA foam products, Komat also developed the Toxic-free and eco-friendly 100% TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer)foam products and TPE Materials for the slipper. The “Komat Customized Morrocan Design Printed Baby Play Mat” is made in Taiwan, pass all the safety regulations (including ASTM F963, EN71, CNS 15493, & CA65which pass the testing items of Formamide, Formaldehyde emission, heavy Metal, PAHs, Plasticizer, etc (inspected by SGS Taiwan)

Packaging options: Komat offers both standard packaging and customized package

+ Standard Package

•        Option 1 (1.2cm in thickness): 6 pieces per shrink wrap, 42 pieces per box (5-layers corrugated box, 65 x 65 x 55 cm)

•        Option 2 (1.4cm in thickness):  4 pieces or 6 pieces per shrink wrap, 36 pieces per box (5-layers corrugated box, 65 x 65 x 55 cm)

+ Customized package

•       Either the amount per carton, packing material, and packing type can be customized.

Komat’s Production Lead-Time:

+ For the first time order, Lead-time for the first order:

•       35 days after receipt of L/C at sign or TT with 3D texture printing/Transfer filming (40HQ FCL * 1)

•       42 days after receipt of L/C at sign or TT without 3D texture printing/Transfer firming (40HQ FCL * 1)

+ For the repeat orders, the lead-time can be further optimized to:

•       21-28 days after receipt of L/C at sign or TT with 3D texture printing/Transfer firming (40HQ FCL * 1)

•       28-35 days after receipt of L/C at sign or TT without 3D texture printing/Transfer firming (40HQ FCL * 1)

+ Komat also optimized the Lead-time based on production optimization circle (customer’s needs and feedback)

Komat’s guarantees for EVA foam mat products

1. Toxic-Free:

    Comply with strictest safety regulations, including EN71, REACH, CNS15493, ASTM F963, CA65, etc (inspected by SGS Taiwan), inspected items as the list:

a. Formamide

Formamide (CAS No. 75-12-7), is being classified as carcinogenic, mutagenesis, and carcinogenic and/or mutagenic or toxic to reproduction (CMR) substance by European Union. The limitation is 200ppm while Komat is able to produce < 2ppm.

b. Formaldehyde Emission

Comply with safety regulation EN71 and CNS 15493

c. PAHs

Comply with safety regulation EN71 and CNS 15493 (16 testing items)

d. Plasticizer-free

Inspect by SGS Taiwan, free of plasticizer

e. Heavy metal free

Comply with safety regulation EN71 and CNS 15493 (Sb, As, Ba, Cd, Cr, Pb, Hg, Se).

EVA Foam Product for Kids

This product has filed patent applications in many countries. Its specialty is the “jigsaw” design. This mat can be disassembled into 4 pieces and be reassembled into 2 jigsaws.

EVA Foam Product for Exercising

Multiple Color, pattern, and Grain Options Color: Single Color, 2 layers color, or 3 layers color Surface patterning and printing: can be customized.

TPE Foam Product for Exercising

The traditional material of Yoga mat is PVC, PU, or rubber. However, they are toxic, not durable, or too heavy to carry. Our innovative 100%% SR (Synthetic Rubber) foam material.

TPE Foam Product for Office/Industrial Uses

Komat’s anti-fatigue mat is ductile and elastic, which helps to release the tiredness of foot and brings more comfort.
